Q. How long in advance do I need to book my lesson/trip/charter?
A. The earlier the better, which means in season maybe even 1-2 months in advance. We will always try and accomodate last minute bookers too.

Q. Aren’t there regulations of fish I can catch?
A. Yes, learn all about those regulations by clicking here.

Q. What if I have to cancel my lesson/trip/charter?
A. All adventures must be cancelled or reschedule 2 days in advance. ALL No Shows or cancellations after the allotted time will be charged in full for the adventure.

Q. What about fishing licenses?
A. All licenses are furnished by the captain. You do not need to purchase them

Q. What about food?
A. Please feel free to bring a small cooler with food and drink but please note that you may NOT bring glass containers.

Q. What types of payment are accepted?
A. Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards

Q. What if weather/conditions do not permit the adventure to happen?
A. Please be aware that in Florida, especially in the summer, there is almost always a chance for rain. The captain/instructor will determine on the day of the adventure whether the conditions are conducive to the adventure. If a lesson/charter/trip is cancelled by the instructor/captain there is no charge to you

Q. Can Children go on fishing trips?
A. Definitely! But if they are under 100 pounds, life jackets are required by law. The Captain has life jackets available

Q. When do we need to arrive for our adventure?
A. In most cases, 15-20 minutes before your lesson/charter/trip is sufficient.

Q. Are there any extra expenses that we need to know about?
A. There is a SRIA fee of 3% for all charters, cruises, lessons, etc. Some charters & cruises are also charged state tax. Also the tip for the deckhand or mate is not included in the price of the charter. A 15-20% tip is greatly appreciated. Your crew provides complimentary fish cleaning and bagging for you after you return.
